Ballet shoes and T-shirts have now been ordered for our pupils who are due to take the BADT (British Association of Teachers of Dancing) Level 1 dance examinations in the near future!
This has been made possible due to the funding We Can Dance has received from the Rank Foundation for which we are very grateful!

We Can Dance has just been informed that we have been chosen as one of the charities to be supported by NELD in 2018! This is a wonderful opportunity to support our students and we are very grateful to NELD for their consideration.
North East Ladies Day (NELD) is an annual event where local women meet together in friendship, with the event raising substantial funds to support local charities in the North East of England.
A lovely afternoon was had by all who attended and helped us to raise £454 for our charity! A big Thank You to all attendees and helpers. (This has just been boosted by two more donations)
Great news ! Thank you to everyone who attended our Après Ski Evening and helped us to raise the marvellous sum of £1200 which will help us to continue to fund dance lessons in our schools.
In particular we would also like to thank Lucy from Artichoke for all the beautiful table decorations and Nathan and the Staff at the Croft Hotel for all their hard work in helping us to make the event a success!

Following the funding from The RANK Foundation, North Shore school has 11 Pupils who have started their preparations for the BADT (British Association of Teachers of Dancing) Level 1 dance examinations.
The students are learning a dance routine in preparation for the examinations and are clearly enjoying lessons, being very motivated by the teaching and focused to achieve a qualification.
We Can Dance are absolutely delighted to have been awarded a grant from the Rank Foundation. Their support is greatly appreciated and has enabled us to take on four new schools.
